ALLEN KILDANI

MIND RESET COACH
In my own journey, I’ve experienced all three!

Through the dot-com bust, the 2008 crash, and then COVID-19 shut downs – I lost jobs, family, and relationships that I finally came to realize weren’t healthy for me.

I've also experienced the way that narcissistic relationships can pull you off of your life's purpose and eat away at your confidence.

I've been through the therapy and inner work that it takes to get back on track and create the life you really want to live.

And something I’ve learned along the way, is that it’s often my own perspective that needs to shift in order to clear the path forward and manifest my next goal.

This is part of my philosophy of life… that the space of truly examining these underlying thoughts is where the magic happens.

I’ve also noticed that it’s when I’m open and receptive to change that I begin to change with life, instead of pushing against it or swimming upstream.

The truth is, we are all facing change all of the time, and cultivating flexibility of mind is a superpower.

I want to help you with this.

Are you ready to look honestly and without judgment at your life? Are you ready to do the work and commit to shifting your perspective? Are you ready to step toward the person you aspire to be?

This is a mind reset.

Hi there, I’m
Allen.

And I'm here to help.
NOTE: I’m not a therapist.

I'm not here to offer diagnoses.

But as a coach, I can meet and walk with you in drawing out a new vision for your life and stepping toward that new vision.

Where will your road lead next?

About Me

My journey to coaching has included more than a couple of my own mind resets...

My career background is varied:

  • Corporate HR
  • Senior Care
  • Massage therapy
  • Tech sector
  • Personal assistant

I moved up and down the West coast and continually gravitated to helping professions.

This diverse working world experience has taught me how to connect with many different kinds of people, how to adapt, and how to practice empathy and compassion.

Looking back, I’m proud that I was able to stay true to my ideals, to stay nimble, and (at least eventually!) walk away from anything that wasn’t working for me. But each change involved widening my perspective and letting go of old ways of being.

I completed a certification through Seattle Life Coach Training two years ago, and it’s only built on this foundation of helping.

Today, I love a wide variety of music (…ok, extremely wide), walking in nature, connecting with friends, and tending to my own spiritual life.

All of these things fill my well, and fuel my coaching practice.

I have no illusions about “saving the world.” Or even changing it, really!

This life is a quick dream, my aspiration is to be of service while I'm here.

I know what it’s like to hurt and to want to be in a different place in life. To hold the broken pieces and remember how to imagine a new way of putting them back together.

For me, there’s nothing like sitting with someone, asking questions, and witnessing an “aha!”

Let’s try it out sometime.

- Allen

Allen exudes a warm and peaceful energy, and he has the ability to hold space for you in such a compassionate way that I felt very comfortable being vulnerable with him early on in our sessions. He listens extremely well and always asks the right questions. Allen helped me figure out where I was going wrong, and how to incorporate manageable changes in order to make progress towards the future I’ve always envisioned for myself. – Juliette C., Seattle

It can be so hard to recover and rebuild from a big challenge in life.

If you’ve found yourself on the other side of a narcissistic abusive relationship, on the wrong end of mass layoffs, or coming out of the grief of losing someone important to you, it can be absolutely overwhelming to know how to pick the broken pieces up and create a new mosaic for your life.

That’s where I’d love to meet you.
